Located in the heart of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, this loft boasts many immenities.
Downstairs, the ceilings are 24' high with original Brazilian wood beams.
There are two front doors, both orginal and 22' in height. Open them to glimpse
an incredible view of the 2,000 year old Roman wall (the original city boundary)...
and only seven feet away! The main living area is very spacious. Relax on one of the
couches while listening to your favorite CD or simply enjoy the view. There is a large
dining table that seats eight, in addition to a cozy breakfast nook for two.
Sample our local wine collection! There is also an entertainment
room with TV and VCR (enjoy our movies and books too). The loft has two king beds (one
located in the unique second floor loft) and one full bed. The kitchen is well equipped and of
course, stocked with all plates, utensils, etc. The loft is also equipped with shower
and one bathroom. Please note that this is a true European bathroom; it is located on an exterior
terrace. The shower is in an enclosed room, as is the toilet on this terrace.
Although the property is located on a quiet, pedestrian-only street, we are only a short walk from
many attractions including the Picasso Museum, the famous "La Rambla", Gothic churches, and many trendy
restaraunts and nightclubs. The port and beaches (including Maremagnum) are a 10 minute walk.
